We are a small but fast-growing training provider, based in Renfrewshire. We specialise in delivering a wide range of Health and Social Care training courses in adult and childcare, as well as First Aid and H&S training courses, within the West Central Scotland.
We are currently looking for qualified associate trainers to deliver training across various locations.
About you
Previous experience in delivering relevant training courses is essential for this role as well as staying up to date on course/industry content to ensure content delivered is accurate and relevant.
You need to have excellent communication skills and be a highly organised individual, able to manage your own workload such as ensuring administration relating to courses delivered is completed within agreed timescales.
As part of this role, you will need to always ensure the welfare of delegates being trained and maintain a professional approach.
Minimum essential requirements:
- A valid driving licence
- Have your own car
- A teaching qualification such as a PTTLS or equivalent
- A PVG check may be required
- Trainers must be computer literate
- Trainers must have their own IT equipment, such as laptop, speakers, projector etc
